MICHAEL UTEVSKY lives in Head of the Harbor with his wife Alexandra Leighton.  He is a member of the Village Planning Board, and he acts as liaison between the Planning Board and the Joint Village Coastal Management Commission.  He previously chaired the ad hoc Deer Committee. 

When he lived in New York City, Michael was a Board Member of Manhattan’s Community Board 5, which covered midtown Manhattan, and Chair of its Land Use Committee.  He was also a Board Member of Brooklyn’s Fort Greene Park Conservancy, and previously served as Board Member and President of the Flatbush Development Corporation, a not-for-profit organization serving Ditmas Park and parts of Flatbush in Brooklyn. 

He is an attorney in private practice, concentrating in real estate law.  He is the proud father of three children and Grandpa to two grandchildren.
